This is my entry for Keira, it is supposed to be Keira in a happy mood. Sorry the quality is so bad, it looks a hell of a lot better in real life. I think I've spent more time on this than any other drawing, so I would appreciate comments, if you like it comment, if ya don't then do not bother.
And the gunky stuff is glow in the dark paint, I thought it would be kind of cool looking in the dark.
